HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We use Australia Post for all our cookie deliveries, providing express shipping with tracking. Typically, domestic express orders arrive within 1-3 days (excluding public holidays), with most capital city deliveries arriving the next day.
Important Notes:
We do not offer same-day delivery.
• Processing Time:To ensure freshness, we bake to meet demand. Occasionally, high order volumes may cause a processing delay of 1-2 days.
• Order Cut-Off Times:Our processing days are Monday to Thursday, with a cut-off time of 1 PM for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day (excluding public holidays).
• Missed Deliveries:If Australia Post attempts delivery and no one is home to receive the package, or if the package is not collected from the Post Office within the designated time frame, we are not responsible for any resulting issues.
• Notification Changes:Some Australia Post customers will no longer receive paper cards informing them of missed deliveries. Instead, they will be notified via email, SMS, or through the Australia Post app. This change aims to reduce paper waste and enhance convenience.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that our deliveries adhere to this schedule, occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the delivery time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events as they are out of our control, however, we can assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes, the minimum order for delivery is 4 loaded cookies or a single slab or cake.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Australia-wide! However, we do take a number of precautions for cookies being delivered further away from Melbourne.

HOW ARE MY COOKIES DELIVERED AND WHAT IF THEY ARE DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?
We take every precaution to ensure our cookies arrive to you in the same condition they left our bakery. If you have issues with quality on delivery please contact us directly.
Due to the Australian climate, we recommend our customers use a delivery address where they can be received in person in order to preserve the quality of the cookies.

HOW LONG CAN I STORE THE COOKIE DOUGH CO COOKIES FOR?
All of our cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 10-14 days, or alternatively, you can freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SERVE MY COOKIES?
We suggest heating your cookies in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to enjoy them warm. And serve them with a side of vanilla ice cream!
