We send every order with Australia Post Express Shipping, with tracking. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days, and most capital cities receive theirs the next business day. Because we bake fresh to order, slight delays are sometimes possible, especially during busy periods or public holidays, but we always do our best to get your cookies to you on time.

Please note:

• Processing days: we process orders Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) are processed the same day; orders after 12 pm are processed the next business day (excluding public holidays).
• Same-day delivery: unfortunately, we can't offer same-day delivery.
• Missed deliveries: if no one is home when Australia Post delivers, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office. Please collect it within the time frame Australia Post gives you, as cookies left uncollected can't be replaced.
• Delivery notifications: Australia Post may notify you by email, SMS or through the Australia Post app instead of a paper card.

We pack every order carefully so your cookies reach you just as they left our bakery. If anything isn't right when your order arrives, please contact us directly and we'll sort it out.

Because of the Australian climate, we recommend using a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel in person, to keep your cookies at their best.

Our cookies keep for 10 to 14 days in an airtight container, or up to 3 months in the freezer.
