Shipping

The Cookie Dough Co is based in Victoria and uses Australia Post for all deliveries. Orders are shipped using Express Post with tracking.

Domestic Express Post orders generally arrive within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays), with many metropolitan deliveries arriving the next business day.

Important Shipping Information

  • We do not offer same-day delivery.
  • Orders are baked fresh to meet demand. During busy periods, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Thursday.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Public holidays may affect processing and delivery times.

Missed Deliveries

If Australia Post attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the parcel, or if a parcel is not collected from the Post Office within the required timeframe, The Cookie Dough Co is not responsible for any resulting issues.

Australia Post may notify customers of missed deliveries via email, SMS or the Australia Post App rather than by paper delivery card.

Warm Weather Shipping

As temperatures increase, there is a possibility that cookies may soften or melt during transit despite our best efforts to package them carefully.

If your cookies arrive slightly melted, we recommend:

  • Placing them in the refrigerator for a short period to restore texture.
  • Heating them in the microwave for 20–30 seconds before serving for the best experience.

Extreme Heat Delays

To protect product quality, orders may be temporarily delayed when forecast temperatures exceed 38°C. Shipping will resume as soon as conditions are suitable.

We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to delivering the highest quality products possible.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure deliveries arrive within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

The Cookie Dough Co cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
