All orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Thu) will be processed the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM or outside regular business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for shipping. We do not offer same-day shipping.

Kindly note all items are shipped via Australia Post, due to postal service limitations the option to select delivery days and times are currently not available. If insurance is not chosen, we do not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or misdirected parcels.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem. For verified issues, we will provide store credit equal to the affected amount, redeemable on future purchases. Store credit is not exchangeable for cash and will be issued within 48 hours.
