You can ask us to delete your Cookie Dough Co account and the personal details linked to it at any time.

In the app: Account > App settings > Delete my account. Or email enquiries@thecookiedoughco.com.au with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account.

We delete your account, saved addresses and marketing preferences within 14 days and email you to confirm. Rewards points are lost and active subscriptions are cancelled. We keep order records only where the law requires it (for example tax records).
